Installation Instructions

Browser Extensions

  1. Click the Download Link: Use the links provided above to access the extension.
  2. Add to Browser: Click on the “Add to Browser” button.
  3. Confirm Installation: A pop-up will appear; click “Add extension” to confirm.
  4. Extension Installed: Once installed, you will see the Click to Call icon in your browser’s extensions toolbar.
  5. Enter Your Address: Input the address provided by your TELAIR support agent.
  6. Log In: Enter your Connect username and password.
  7. Save Your Settings: Click “Save” to finalize your setup.

Important: Ensure there is no red or orange alert on the extension icon. A green or no badge indicator means it is functioning correctly. Test your setup by clicking the extension and entering a test number to dial. This will ring your devices. Once you answer, it will continue to ring the desired number (auto-dials the number for you).
