Parking a Call

You can park a call from your phone. You and your coworkers can pick up a parked call from any Telair PBX phone.

Step-by-step guide

To park a call from your phone.

  1. Press Transfer.
  2. Dial 700. You may need to press Send.
    Listen when the system gives you the number, such as 701.
  3. Press Transfer again.
    The caller is now on extension 701.
  4. Hang up.
  5. Dial 701 from any Telair PBX phone and you are connected with the caller.
The parked extension number can be different each time it is used. Please make sure to listen to the entire message with the parked call number before transferring the caller to the parking lot.
