How to configure your Polycom IP Phone for use on the Telair network
Skip to step 4 if your phone has not been provisioned before.
Step 1:
- Select Menu
- Advanced
- enter password: 456
- Admin Settings
- Reset to Defaults
- Reset Device Settings
Step 2 – Do the following once the above is complete:
- Select Menu
- Advanced
- enter password: 456
- Admin Settings
- Reset to Defaults
- Reset Local Configuration
Step 3 – Enter in provisioning rule:
- Select Menu
- Advanced
- enter password: 456
- Admin Settings
- Network Configuration
- Server Menu.

Server Type: HTTP
Server Address: <ask support for details>
7. Save Settings and Reboot phone.
Your phone is now registered and will come online
