Once you launch the VoIP app you will be prompted to configure an account, tap Add Account. First you will have to choose an Account type.

1. Please choose Making Calls under User-defined Generic Accounts.
2. Account Name – Enter a name to easily identify the account.
3. Domain – Enter your provided domain here.
4. Display As – This value is used to set outgoing Caller ID. You can leave it blank.
5. Username  – Enter your provided username here.
6. Password – Enter your provided password here.
