Important Note: When cancelling accounts or porting out primary numbers, it is crucial to discuss or review your account with your TELAIR account representative. Together, you can review all services, any term contracts in place, and how to return any rental equipment (if applicable).
Please also be aware that once the account is terminated, the following items (and not limited to) will be permanently removed and are not recoverable:
- Call logs
- Audit trails
- Settings
- Recorded calls
- Voicemails
- Faxes
- Phone Numbers
- All settings and related configuration
If you are also porting out phone numbers, we advise speaking with your TELAIR account representative to explore available options for your situation.
Step 1: Review Your Account Details
Before initiating the cancellation process, ensure you have reviewed your account details, including:
- All active services
- Phone numbers associated with your account
- Any outstanding balances or contractual obligations
Step 2: Contact Your TELAIR Account Representative
To proceed with the cancellation request, contact your TELAIR account representative or schedule a call to review your account and discuss termination. The authorized account owner must be present on the call to cancel accounts.
Step 3: Confirm Consent
After discussing your account with your TELAIR account representative, the account owner will receive a link to a form to complete their service cancellation. If any term contracts are in place, you will need to request a contract termination request form and digitally e-sign to accept any hardware return obligations, as well as any penalties and fees for early cancellation.
Step 4: Await Confirmation
Once your cancellation request has been submitted:
- If you are porting out any numbers, you will receive a port-out authorization code to provide to your new service provider to validate the port-out request.
- You will also receive a confirmation email from our support team acknowledging your request.
Step 5: Account Termination Timeline
Your account will be terminated 30 days from when the cancellation request is made. Any outstanding amounts must be paid on future invoices for any incurred long-distance or toll-free usage.

At any time during the 30-day cancellation window, if you change your decision and wish to retain all or part of your services, you can do so with a request.
