How to Update Your Payment Method on Your TELAIR Account Portal
Updating your payment method for your TELAIR Account is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure your account details are current and correct.
Steps to Update Payment Method:
- Access Your Account:
- Go to TELAIR Account Portal.
- Navigate to Billing Section:
- Once logged in, click on the ‘Billing’ tab, located next to the ‘Overview’ tab.
- Initiate Update:
- Click on the ‘Update payment method’ button.
- Enter New Credit Card Information:
- Fill in the fields with your new credit card details.
- Optionally, you can select the ‘auto charge future payments’ checkbox. This automates future payments, making the process more simple and seamless.
- Finalize Without Immediate Payment:
- Leave the payment amount box empty if you wish to update the method without processing a payment at this time.
Enrolling in Automated EFT Payments:
- If you prefer automated EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments, please follow this link to enroll: Automated EFT Enrollment.
Updating Service or Billing Address:
- To update your service or billing address, please open a billing ticket at TELAIR Support and request an update.
- Note: If you encounter a credit card payment error (such as 15005), it may be necessary to ensure that your billing address matches the address associated with your credit card. Inform our team if you need to update the billing address specifically for payment purposes.
