The TELAIR Device Monitoring Notification Alert is a proactive monitoring tool designed to keep you informed about the status of your connected devices. This service ensures that you are promptly notified when a device goes offline, allowing you to take timely action if necessary.
How the Monitoring Tool Works
Notification Process
- Online to Offline: The tool actively monitors the status of your devices. If a device changes its status from online to offline, a notification will be sent to the registered email address.
- Returning to Online: If a device becomes active again and returns online, no notification will be sent.
- Subsequent Offline Status: If a device goes offline again after being online, a notification will be sent.
- Avoiding Alert Fatigue: To minimize alert fatigue, if a device remains offline, additional notifications will not be sent for 24 hours. This means you will only be notified once per day for each device that remains offline.
Enrolling in the Notification Service
To enroll in the TELAIR Device Monitoring Notification Alert, please follow these steps:

- Provide Email Information: Submit the email address you wish to use for receiving notifications.
Once your enrollment is processed, you will start receiving alerts based on the monitoring parameters outlined above.

- Best Effort Service: This notification service is offered on a best-effort basis and is provided at no cost for one email recipient.
- Notification Delivery Timing: While the service aims to provide near real-time notifications, please be aware that delivery could take up to 10 minutes from the time a device goes offline. Notifications may be delayed as they pass through our operational systems and external email servers.
- Check Spam/Junk Folders: If you do not see notifications in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. If notifications are flagged as spam, please report them as safe so that you continue to receive important alerts.
- Indemnification: By using this service, you agree to hold TELAIR harmless for any damages or losses incurred due to missed notifications, delays in receiving notifications, or any other issues related to the monitoring system.
