General

We reserve the right immediately to bill for usage above the limits or suspend your Service if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that your use of the Service or the Device is, or at any time was, inconsistent with normal acceptable usage patterns or you exceed the fair usage limits set out below. In addition, you will be required to pay usage charges for all periods in which your use of the Service or the Device was inconsistent with acceptable use or the fair usage limits set out below.

Terms used in this Fair Usage Policy have the same meanings ascribed to them in our Terms of Service. Fair Usage Limits

TELAIR Unlimited plans is subject at all times to a limit of 3000 minutes in aggregate during each monthly billing cycle for outgoing inclusive local and long distance calls anywhere in Canada, and the US specified in the plan description. TELAIR to TELAIR calls are excluded from this policy.
